During account registration, you will see a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox that explains exactly what types of messages you'll receive:

Important: This checkbox is separate from and appears before the phone number verification field. You must actively check this box to proceed with SMS verification.
After providing consent, you'll enter your mobile phone number and click "Send Verification Code." This sends a 6-digit code via SMS to verify that you own the phone number.

Agent Messages
"Hi! This is Sarah, your RentLuna agent. I received your question about parking at 789 Comm Ave. The building has garage parking available for $200/mo. Want to see the space during your showing?"
Account Notifications
"Reminder: Your showing at 321 Newbury St is in 2 hours (2 PM today). Your agent Mike will meet you at the front entrance. Reply if you're running late or need to reschedule."
