The Boston real estate connector for Claude
LunaHub connects Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to your rental business, for Boston and Massachusetts agents. Add it, and it sets up your account with you. Then work in plain words: Luna, LunaHub’s assistant, does the work in your account, and anything that would reach another person waits until you tap Send.
Add it to Claude
The button opens Claude with LunaHub already filled in. Check it, press Add, then connect.
Sign in or create your account
A LunaHub page opens. Sign in, or create your free account right there, then press Approve. You land back in Claude.
Say “Set up my LunaHub account”
Claude checks your real account and walks you through it one step at a time: your profile and license, then Gmail, your calendar, your YGL feed and the rest.
https://rentluna.com/mcpUsing ChatGPT or Grok? Copy the address and add it there. Sign-ins and keys go in LunaHub’s own pages, never in the chat.
What you can ask
“What needs me today?”
Your tours, tasks, reminders and unread client messages.
“A client wants to see 410 Market St. Reply with a link so they can pick a time.”
A reply with their own tour link, prepared and waiting for your Send.
“Who is going cold?”
Clients with no recent contact or a stalled application.
“What is missing from Jordan’s application?”
The documents still outstanding, from the record on file.
“Add a note to Jordan’s file: wants a June move-in.”
The note is saved on the client’s record.
“Remind me to call Jordan tomorrow at 10 AM.”
The reminder is set.
How to connect
- Press Connect to Claude at the top of this page. Or, in Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it LunaHub and paste this address:
https://rentluna.com/mcp - Press Add, then connect. On the LunaHub page that opens, sign in to your agent account, or create a free one there. Check that it shows your email, and press Approve.
- Back in Claude, say “Set up my LunaHub account” and it walks you through the rest, one step at a time.
You need a LunaHub agent account on an active plan. It’s free for the first 100 founding agents. On Claude’s side, the Free plan allows one custom connector, and on Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it first.
How to disconnect
In LunaHub, open Settings → Integrations → Claude and press Disconnect. Claude stops reaching your account on its next request, and nothing else in your account changes.
Removing LunaHub from Claude’s own Connectors settings stops Claude from using it. Disconnect in LunaHub as well to end the sign-in on our side.
ChatGPT and Grok
The same address works in other assistants, with the same sign-in and the same tools. Nothing that would reach another person goes out until you tap Send in LunaHub or on Telegram.
- ChatGPT: open chatgpt.com/plugins, press +, choose Add custom MCP server, and paste the address.
- Grok: open grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector, then Custom, and paste the address.
ChatGPT is made by OpenAI and Grok is made by xAI; LunaHub is not made by or affiliated with either.
What Claude can use
Looks things up
Read-only. Nothing changes.
- Today in LunaHub
- The agent's day and the next 7 days: tours, tasks, reminders and unread client messages.
- Clients who need attention
- The agent's clients ranked by who needs attention most, each with the reason and a suggested next step.
- One client in full
- Everything about one client: profile, search preferences, saved apartments, application, tours, recent messages, and the client's own links to pick a tour time (one per saved place, and one where they choose the place). Pass clientName or clientId.
- Search client conversations
- Searches what clients and the agent wrote to each other (app chat, email, text) for words or a topic; optionally one client.
- Unread client messages
- Client messages the agent hasn't read yet, newest first.
- Upcoming tours and events
- Upcoming tours and calendar events for the next number of days.
- Open showing times
- Open showing times on given dates (YYYY-MM-DD), taken from the agent's saved showing hours and calendar, best first, in Eastern time.
- Search listings for a client
- Searches live rental listings (the YGL feed) that match a client's saved preferences; neighborhoods, budget, beds and pets can be overridden.
- Is it still available?
- Looks up in the YGL feed whether a place is still on the market (by address or listing id), with similar units that are.
- Rental applications
- The agent's rental applications grouped by stage.
- Deals and earnings
- The agent's deals and earnings for a year, from the LunaHub deal ledger.
- Insights and analytics
- The agent's Insights page as numbers, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days: what stands out, the pipeline, leads and where they came from, saves, tours, share links, the places sent and what clients did with them, what clients want against what's live, where the activity is, and messages.
- Tasks
- The agent's tasks, filtered by status.
- Clients going cold
- Clients at risk of going cold: no recent contact, or a stalled application.
- AI Studio credits and engines
- The agent's AI Studio right now: credits, how many jobs can run at once, which image and video engines work, and their likeness and voices.
- AI Studio library
- The agent's Studio files and runs, newest first, with the id to use each one by: photos, finished videos, what's still running.
- AI Studio recipes and presets
- What can be picked in the Studio: recipes (with what each needs and its price), motion presets, image styles, brand motion formats, talking video formats and portrait scenes.
- Application packets
- The agent's application packets, longest-waiting first: the place, who it went to, who it's for, whether it was sent or viewed, and any answer that came back.
- Setup help for integrations
- Setup help for the agent's own account and integrations: Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram, the YGL listing feed, Instagram, Facebook, the Luna phone line, iMessage on their Mac, the Claude, ChatGPT and Grok connection, Luna's AI model keys, the Apple Calendar feed and OnlineCheckWriter payments. With no input it lists their account steps (profile, license, W-9, payout bank, logo, each with its page) and every integration with its real state right now (connected, needs attention, not set up, or couldn't check) and the one to do next. With an integration it returns that integration's state and its ordered steps: the action, the exact page to open, what it looks like when it worked, and common errors with fixes. For the iMessage Mac bridge it also returns the exact terminal commands for the Mac, each with what it reads and writes. Calling it again after a step shows whether the state changed. It changes nothing, sends nothing and starts no connection. It never returns a token, secret, key or code: the steps say to enter those only in LunaHub's own box (or the one place a step names), never in the chat.
- Waiting for the agent's OK
- Actions prepared and waiting for the agent's OK (texts, emails, lead replies, tour changes, AI Studio jobs), each with exactly what it would do and its pendingId.
Everyday work
Runs in your account. None of it reaches another person.
- Save a client note
- Saves a note on a client's record.
- Add a task
- Adds a task to the agent's list, with an optional due date, client and priority.
- Set a reminder
- Sets a reminder for the agent, written the way they'd say it (e.g. "call Jane tomorrow at 10 AM").
- Save a listing to a client
- Saves a listing to a client's saved apartments (by YGL listing number or address, checked on the live feed first) and returns the client's own link to pick a tour time for that place, with a note ready to send. A place off the market is not saved. Nothing is sent to the client.
- Draft a client message
- Drafts a message to a client in the agent's own voice, for review. Nothing is sent.
- Ask Luna
- Hands a request to Luna, LunaHub's assistant, which uses all of her tools and her memory of the agent's business, and answers in words. Anything that would reach another person comes back prepared for the agent's OK, not sent.
- Cancel a prepared action
- Cancels a prepared action so it never runs.
Waits for your OK
Prepared with a preview. It goes out only when you tap it: in LunaHub, on Telegram, or on its card in Claude for a text, email or tour change.
- Prepare a client message
- Prepares a message to a client (app chat, text, iMessage or email). It is not sent: it returns a preview and a pendingId, and it goes out when the agent taps Send in LunaHub or on the Telegram card.
- Prepare an email
- Prepares an email from the agent's own Gmail. It is not sent: it returns a preview and a pendingId, and it goes out when the agent taps Send in LunaHub or on the Telegram card.
- Prepare an ask to tour
- Prepares the agent's Ask to tour for one place: the card email with the listing, its showcase link and the client's time picker (or a text with the link). It is not sent: it returns a preview and a pendingId, and it goes out when the agent taps Send in LunaHub or on the Telegram card.
- Prepare a lead reply
- Prepares sending the reply Luna drafted for a lead (optionally edited). It is not sent until the agent taps Send in LunaHub or on the Telegram card.
- Prepare a tour cancellation
- Prepares cancelling a tour and telling the other side. Nothing changes until the agent taps Send in LunaHub or on the Telegram card.
- Prepare an AI Studio job
- Prepares an AI Studio image, video or reel: its prompt, shots or script and its engine, with the price in credits. Nothing is generated or charged here: it returns a preview and a pendingId, and it runs only when the agent taps Generate in LunaHub or on the Telegram card. Something missing comes back as a question.
- Prepare a social post
- Prepares a post to the agent's own Instagram or Facebook: a finished file from their AI Studio library or a Social builder draft, a caption, where and when. The caption gets the same fair-housing and broker-fee checks as a post made in LunaHub. Nothing is posted here: it returns a preview and a pendingId, and it goes out only when the agent taps Post in LunaHub or on the Telegram card.
Not available through Claude: anything involving money, bulk sends, and sending listings. Claude never generates images or video and never spends your credits: it can prepare an AI Studio job with its price, and the job runs only when you tap Generate in LunaHub or on Telegram. A social post is prepared the same way: it goes out only when you tap Post there.

Questions
Is there a Claude connector for Boston real estate agents?
Yes. LunaHub is a connector for Boston and Massachusetts rental agents. It works in your own account: your clients, leads, tours, applications and deals, and listing search on your own YGL feed.
How do I add it to Claude?
Press Connect to Claude on this page. Claude opens its Add custom connector box with the name and address filled in, and you press Add. You can also add https://rentluna.com/mcp by hand, as a custom connector.
Do I need a LunaHub account first?
No. If you don’t have one, you can create it on the sign-in page that opens when you connect, and you come right back to finish. It’s free for the first 100 founding agents, with no credit card required.
Will it help me set up my account?
Yes. Say “Set up my LunaHub account”. It checks your real account and walks you through it one step at a time: your profile, license and W-9, then Gmail, Google Calendar, your YGL feed and the other integrations. Sign-ins and keys go in LunaHub’s own pages, never in the chat.
Can it send messages on its own?
No. Anything you ask it to send to another person is prepared first and waits until you tap Send in LunaHub, on Telegram, or on its card in Claude. Luna’s automatic replies to new leads are a separate setting you control in LunaHub.
Does it work with ChatGPT or Grok?
Yes. The same address works in both, with the same sign-in and the same tools. This page shows where to add it.
What is an MCP connector?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard way an AI assistant connects to outside software. LunaHub runs a remote MCP server, so there’s nothing to install: you add an address and sign in.
LunaHub is made by Luna Realty, a licensed Massachusetts real estate brokerage serving Greater Boston. Claude is made by Anthropic; LunaHub is not made by or affiliated with Anthropic.
